Delivery Information

Delivery is currently Free of Charge on all Orders posted to mainland Britain. Regretfully, we are unable to offer free delivery to the Scottish Highlands, British Islands and Northern Ireland. Due to the additional despatch expenses incurred, there is a flat rate fee of £5 per order to these areas.

We do ship worldwide, carriage will be charged at cost.

Terms & Conditions of Delivery

Your purchase will be despatched by either a courier service (Fedex) or Royal Mail depending on the size and/or weight of the parcel and at our discretion. You can expect to receive your order within 1-5 working days. Delivery times are subject to stock availability. Delivery guideline is from the date of despatch. You will be notified by telephone or email in any instance that may cause a delay.

Please Note:

Most parcels will require a signature. If there is no-one to sign for the parcel, please try to provide either a different delivery address (such as work) or provide details in the delivery instructions for the item to be left somewhere secure such as a porch or with a neighbour. Some delivery instructions that we feel may expose a parcel to weather, damage or theft may not be included on the parcel at our discretion.
