Sorry, no. We used to produce a catalogue but our website can sometimes change several times a day with new products, obsolete products, price changes and so on. We found that the printed catalogue was out of date before it came off the printing press so we have decided to focus our efforts on our website. The best way to keep up to date with new products and discounts etc is to receive our newsletter via email.
Every on-line transaction made within SACSupercast is transmitted across the Internet using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This industry standard method ensures that information sent from your browser is scrambled whilst in transit and decoded when it arrives on our server.
You are far safer using your credit card within SACSupercast than you are in a restaurant in your local high street.
We take the issue of security very seriously and have taken every step possible to protect you.
There are several reason why you may encounter problems whilst ordering such as using an old browser that doesn't support SSL encryption, browsing from behind a corporate firewall that will not allow secure connections etc. In the event you are encountering any difficulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with a contact telephone number, and we will be happy to place the order manually for you. Or telephone 01482 327019.
If the authorisation fails, the most likely explanation is that a digit is missing from the card number you entered or mistakes with issue numbers often cause authorisation to fail. You get 3 attempts but in the event authorisation still isn’t accepted, we will still receive your order and in most cases, we are able to obtain authorisation by re-entering your payment information through the secure administration server.
All personal data, including your card number is transmitted over secure connections, meaning that no-one can 'eavesdrop' and capture your details. In addition to this, your card details are not viewable by us at all, they are simply transmitted over the bank's private network for authorisation.
Our staff do not see your card details during this process, nor can they retrieve them.
The easiest and quickest way of checking if you are on a secure page is to check that you have a closed padlock symbol at the bottom right hand side and the http:// part of the web address has an ‘S’ and displays as https:// Your browser settings may also tell you when you move between secure and non secure areas of the internet.
