Chess Board
A plastic lawn friendly board to go with the giant chess pieces or giant draughts pieces. Consisting of 64 individual open mesh tiles which clip together to form the board. This design allows the grass to grow and breathe if you leave it laid for any period of time and also conforms to any undulations whilst providing stability for the playing surface. Chess Board measures 3 metres square.

Chess Mat
An alternative economic option chess board for the giant chess and draughts pieces also measuring 3 metres square. Made of PVC, the advantage of this mat is price but also ease of putting down and taking up. The disadvantages are that it requires a relatively flat surface as it will lay to the contours of the grass you put it on and needs to be taken up and stored each time you play. The board can be pinned on each corner to secure it.
