Whether the product is faulty or not or it just wasnt what you expected, just let us know and we'll sort it out. Whats more we'll even refund your original postage cost! When it comes to customer service, we're most definitely not playing about.
Returns Notes
Please contact us before returning the item as heavy, expensive or physically large items may need to be collected by our carriers.
You may exchange an item for a different item of any value. The difference in product value will be refunded or charged as appropriate.
When exchanging an item for different item, Farscape Games will cover the cost of the return (up to the original delivery charge paid) but the replacement item will be subject to a delivery charge.
Damaged items will be replaced free of charge including postage and packing costs.
