Dear Farscape,
I would just like to advise that I took delivery of my Bannock burn
chess set and was quite literally stunned by the quality and
detail of the pieces. They arrived in a beautiful presentation
box which arrived on the day I was advised I would take
delivery.
As with all good chess sets you made sure that mine was blessed
with luck as I have now played three games (two black may I add)
and remain undefeated.
Thank you for the efficient service and may I reiterate that I
was thrilled by the quality which incidentally was significantly
cheaper than any equivalent I have found in the high street.

I recently placed
an order with you for a monopoly set, a chess board and chess
pieces. Not only was I overwhelmed by the amazing choice you
have available on your website but also by the quality of the
products when they arrived. I placed an order on a Saturday and
my items were with me before lunch time on the following Tuesday
and I hadn't even paid for express delivery.
Unfortunately one of the items which arrived (a grey stained
chess set) did not resemble the colours shown in the picture on
the website but I phoned up and spoke to a very nice lady who
asked me what was wrong with it and I had someone with me the
very next day to collect it - she even arranged it for a
convenient time of day.
It's a shame that not all internet shops can live up to the high
standards which are obviously possible. I would definitely
recommend Farscape to any friends and family (and anyone else).
Thank you Farscape - you've raised my expectations for customer
relations both on the internet and on the high street. I hope
that you're proud of yourselves - you should be.

Dear Sir or madam
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you all for getting
my cribbage board out to me so quickly. I ordered the board with
you yesterday and I was concerned I wouldn’t get it in time
for a birthday present on Thursday but it arrived this morning.
Phew, what a relief!
I think I called nearly every shop in my local town including
the huge (name removed, needless to say its a well know
department store) store to try and get a cribbage board and
nobody had any in stock or they didn’t stock them at all. I am
just so pleased I found your website and ordered the board
